Sarvesh Bhardwaj & Associates was formed in year 2001 for providing Company Secretarial Services under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980. Later on, the proprietor of the firm, Sh. Sarvesh Bhardwaj surrendered his certificate of practice and got himself enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi and now it is a full fledged service law firm with a team of attorneys working together to provide various legal services like Court Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Taxation matters, Legal Process Outsourcing, Corporate & Commercial Consultancy and Arbitration & Alternate Dispute Resolution to both individuals and corporate bodies.
